The world of Immortal Night awakens your true self. A world shrouded in darkness, where the supernatural reigns and Mist and Mysticism are seeped in every move. Play the game of a life transformed by blood and venom. Where silver and holy water are weapons of mass destruction. Where demons thrive and the things of nightmares creep around every corner.
Vampires and Werewolves…allies or enemies? You decide as you evade human hunters while traveling around the globe feasting, prowling and battling rival Houses for territory. Become one of the privileged, establish your House as dominant, consult the tarot, throw the bones, collect Mythical Objects to aid in your Mischief. Grow your fangs and secure your seat on the council as you claw your way through the ranks to get to Ancient and take supreme power.
* Explore – Most things are accessable through the Explore page. It pays to be familiar with this area.
* Inventory – Every item you purchase is stored here, this is also where you equip your weapons and armors.
* Player Type – When you created an account you chose to be either a Vampire or Werewolf, but you will have 5 days to change your mind if you realize a different species would better suit your game play.
* Consult the Tarot – You get 20 chances a day to do this. Madam Margaret is very useful and can help you on your journey.
* Go on the Prowl – You get 50 prowls per day, there are all sorts of things that can occur while on the prowl… If you end up being caputred or land yourslef in recovery ther are supplies in your inventory that will help you out.
* Get stats up on the Training Ground: Strength, Speed, Accuracy, Labor and Defense are your prime stats, they are boosted through using the Training Ground. IQ is for mischief, the better the IQ, the more chance you will get away with your mishcief. You can boost your IQ using Gold at the Gold Exchange, its one piece of Gold for 5 IQ points.
The Training Ground:
Strength: How hard you hit
Speed and Accuracy: Work together for your success rate
Defense: Limits the damage you receive
Labor: Used for Mining
* Take Courses at the school and do your Service – Start your courses as soon as possible! There are courses that apply to certain acts of Mischief; you will need to complete these courses in order to complete these acts of mischief. Courses are also a good stat booster.
* Do your Service to the Ancients daily. Doing your service gets you Karma points. Karma points can be traded in the occult shop for various items.
* Go to the Realtors Office and buy a property. Owing property is one of the best assets you can have; the better the property you have, the better you perform on the Training Ground.
* Open a bank account – Go into the explore area and spend $5,000 on a back account, its a lot of money when you are starting out, but leaving your money in the open makes you vulnerable to robberies. IF YOU CARRY AROUND A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, YOU WILL BE ROBBED.
* Buy a weapon and armor – The low level weapons and armor are very cheap, you can use the market or the shops in the explore section to purchase items. Once you have these items, make sure to go back into your inventory and equip them properly.
* Try some acts of Mischief – Be careful, as a newborn it is best to only attempt the easiest acts of mischief until you get your IQ up and take some courses.
* Attacking other players – There is an attack link on each user’s profile page. Although not against the rules, good etiquette is to try and attack people when they are offline. Attacking is the main source of experience for leveling in Immortal Night (IN).
* Our forums are quite active so feel free to use them to ask questions or meet new people, but please be mindful of our appointed moderators and staff. Spamming anywhere in IN is not tolerated.

r u serious people?!?! the Admins are just money thirsty people. they dont care about us. thats what they say at the homepage to log in nothing more. inside the game its good ill admit but people are always causing problems and the Admins half the time dont even care they just ignore us like were pets and we have no use for them. i am apart of this game i love it but soem people i hate on here. there is drama wherever you go and its honestly not fair. they say you are post to be 17 and older to play but half the players that do play are under 17. im 13 and ive been lagged in once but i never got pitted but its does happen. they dont even give you a warning if you do somehting wrong from the rules. i believe it is totally unfair but those people that do care for others are the ones that are keeping the players here. Nikita (1), Violet (2) and Kaine (3) are the Admins. you are mostly ignored by them. Good luck to the new people but i suggest you be careful about what you say

All in all I can only recommend this game to those who can afford to buy the affections of staff. If you are reading that this game is “free to play”, look elsewhere. It’s free to sit there and be insulted by staff, be well behind the donators, get ripped off by the donators and beaten into a pulp over every perceived slight.
No, I am not on of those new players either that this has been happening to. I am ranked in the top 150 out of the million+ accounts and do very well in game for myself. However, I still would NOT recommend this game to any other serious players.

As I have never played a text based game before I thought I would try one. I fully regret picking this site, after 7 hrs total play time I logged out. When next I tried logging in I could not. I asked for the usual email to be sent to me to change details of logging in but have never recieved the numerous requested e-mails. I then sent staff an e-mail but to date have never recieved an answer.
I can see no excuse for this kind of behaviour and am relieved that I only invested $15 to this site. Do yourself a favour avoid this site. Go too Darkness Realm a site that does not rip people off.

Auto are you serious? Darkness Realm is the biggest rip off of any McCoders site. I should know I used to work for it. Not only does the owner supply free donator items to his favourite players but he also deliberately goes around editing some players stats etc. IN is a lot better and a much more vibrant community.

Wow I’ve been playing for about 10 days and love IN…absolutely kicks similar games butt… its a bit confusing to start off but tutorials are much better than most rp games and the minute you hit rank2 you get your but kicked a lot … but its a killing mae.
As for the admins, well if you do your reqading and still need help (other than startgey which should be a no n)… well i’ve found them super helpful.
and the other players are mostly happy to help with strategy … i got taught hwo to mug by a vamp who mugged me … and a young lycan bought my wife aqn i our starting weapons for us in admiration that we stood up to her wehn she attcked us. RP games only give you back what you put into them.

Wow. It’s THAT bad? I was going to sign up, but I think I’ll try some other game. I haven’t gone on the site and tried to sign up yet, but I am a Lumos Alliance member. LA’s pretty good. You can sign up for special powers and stuff.

I am 17. I have been playing Immortal Night for several days now. I find it extremely good fun, quite addicting. The only problem I find is that it costs so much money to buy good weapons. I have met someone special on the game, and we are in a relationship of sorts (long distance) which can be very tiring for me because I am the on who has to stay up until 03.00am onwards to talk to my love. I live in England, and she lives in California, America; so there is a 7hour time distance. other than that, I would recommend the game to anyone who likes to chat and have fun playing RPG’s.
