OMG the same thing happened to me. a few years ago i had one that had lots of rare stuff then i had to move so to months later i went on and it said no account existing. I asked for it but they never gave it back. I think wooz world just deleted sum woozens that didnt play on it fo a long time
ya raelly, woozworld deletes the account if its not used for 6 months…mine was deleted too…

Yes Valentina99 you are correct 50% of woozens have been deleted because of rarely being on Woozworld. I know it may be sad but there are millions of other woozens that want to play Woozworld and we can’t have other woozens be absent a lot. Do you know what i mean Lizzy4372 and Valentina99? We want other woozens to have. This might sound weird but most woozens that want to play Woozworld can’t because there is just too many woozens that they cannot have a decent account. And the Help Center cannot reach you because over a thousand other people that need help and we take the most important ones first then the least important last. Joke55 u can get wooz free by doing offers which is basically how i got alot of the stuff i have. Just:
Add me or follow my buzz
1. Click “Get Wooz” when u log on
2.On the little page that pops up go to the side where it says “Earn Wooz”
3. Enter in ur e-mail and pass(if not already entered in) and chedcck the box “Yes I’m (or above) 13 years of age
4.Click an offer and complete it
5.If u completed the offer correctly just wait. Usually u have to wait like 15 min to get ur wooz but not all the time.
