Verdonia is a strategy game that allows you to build your own Kingdom. As the head of the Kingdom, it is up to you to decide if your Kingdom is to live in peaceful coexistence with others, or if you rather engage them in warfare in order to grow.

Verdonia’s overarching goal is to rule a powerful and prosperous Kingdom. Although your Kingdom starts out as a fledgling town, with patience, determination, and good strategy, it will soon extend across vast lands. Although all players have the same goal, the path to achieving it will vary depending on the taste of each individual player. For example, some players might want to grow their kingdom by engaging other players in warfare, while others might prefer a peaceful path of cooperation to achieve growth.

As with all major milestones in life, building a powerful Kingdom can be broken into smaller, more manageable goals:

# Accumulate wealth in the form of resources and gold
# Develop new technologies
# Build up a powerful army

General Tips

Leveling up Your Heroes

Heroes become more powerful as they gain experience in combat as well as serving as a Town’s Mayor. Be sure to view your hero’s detais regularly and level them up. With each level, you will be able to assign points to their increase their attack and defense score.

Equiping Your Heroes

As you raid or conquer Territories, Barbarian Towns, and other Players’ Kingdoms, you will sometimes discover Weapons and Armor pieces for your Heroes. Heroes become more powerful when equiped with such items. Each Hero can wear up to 10 items at a time. Completing an entire Armor Set will award your Hero with bonus items. Certain items might also available in the Shop from time to time.

Defensive Tips

Protecting Resources

If you are under attack, you can protect more of your resources by using them to recruit more troops, do research, and creating more wall fortifications. Once those resources are spent in that way, they cannot be carted away by your enemies.

Leverage Your Guild

You can allow Guild Member troops to station in your Chancery, and your Guild members can send troops to help in battle and fend off attackers. Be aware that troops stationed in your Chancery will eat from your food, so your Guild member might want to send food suplies along with their troops, should you not have enough food to feed them.
