It turns out the old prophets had it right with the world-end thing and all. The doom day comes at last on December 21st 2012, seeing human got wiped out from the earth once and for all. Houses have caved in, streets are getting cracked beneath foot, flood pours in the city and fire flickers around whatever left behind.
It seems like extinction is just around the corner. However, there is always a sliver lining behind and a few did make it to survive from the draw of death. As one of the luckiest, you have on shoulder the very responsibility to guard the diminish hopes of mankind and bide for the time to make a comeback to the discarded hometown.
War of 2012, the 2D real-time strategy browser game starts its online appeal right from here. Everybody, from game designers to multiple players, takes their jobs seriously, is ready to raise to the occasion and helps change things for the better with all they had.
The situation, however, could be more devastating than you have imagined. Light gets cut off and darkness swallows everything down. Civilizations of some thousand years are ruined overnight, leaving us totally helpless in all ways. Grope your way across the torn land, that’s where all the rebuilding work gets started.
Survival may well be hard now that every possible aid has gone into void. The only way is to start things all over again from scratches. God blesses that we still have wisdom with us. It is the quality of human beings to make the best of what is offered. Keep a clear and dogged mind, do the right thing with whatever in hand, then you have all reasons to hope for a better day.
Not everyone is fully dedicated to the work though. Some rotten apples will muddle along, or even stir troubles up within the alliance. And war-revelers will take the chance to lobby for full range chaos across the world. Do watch out for these lurking opponents and get prepared to take them on in skirmishes or even bloody battles when necessary.
Thugs and heroes rise at the same time in the age of chaos, especially during the fatal disaster here in War of 2012. Many have signed up for the army and are waiting for your order to fight heroic wars against all evils.
Features:
War of 2012 boasts a unique graphic style rarely seen in other war-themed titles. The “end of world” scene is depicted in an exaggerating and overwhelming way, having gamers engulfed by fire and making them feel the way as if really being doomed.
Strategy is the key to everything ranging from rebuilding to fighting here in the game. Think straight before you leap out into the unknown and you can always consult others for advices when caught in dilemmas.
Can human beings retrieve the worsening situation of 2012 and build up a brand new world afterwards? What do you say?
Make up your mind quickly and join us to fight for a brighter future together!

“War of 2012″ keeps sending me to the new-player screen.
How do I log-in as a returning player?
(I can’t even contact BBG about it because they won’t recognize hotmail addresses as legitimate email)

If you are looking for a game which requires HUGE amounts of time to play, a game where all bonus events and resulting awards can only be earned by the biggest players, and where players who spend lots of money can buy all the power they need to make you insignificant, then this is the game for you. Look, I was ranked number 9 on Ark 10 before quitting, so I am speaking from experience.

There are 20 daily quests each taking from 5-6 minutes each to complete. Plus to get the online rewards you have to be online for various amounts of time. First rewad at 5 minutes, then 10 minute after that, then 15 minutes after that reward … totaling 200 minutes time by the last reward. Since you have to collect a quest reward or time reward before the next can start, the daily online quests means a minimum of 2 hours a day (checking the game every 5 minutes).

And the special events — Who can grow the most in 1 week (Big players), who can win the most battles/prestige in a week (Big Players), Battle Royal (hold and protect NPC locations for long periods of time to win big rewards .. big players only). And the big players all spend many hundreds of dollars to play. I spent $180 and that got me only to number 9. Ahead of me were players 2,3,4, and 5 times my size … and they hug amounts of money. Avoid this game.
